Christmas has passed.

Well it is all over as they say in the best Christmas movie ever, " the holiday that the kid life revolves around" is over.  You look foward to it for months after its over you realize that you spent more than 100 days getting worked up over one day, it is a little pathetic man kind.  But after all that, I had a really great Christmas! I spent the whole day with my family, we cooked and ate dinner, listened to music, then after constant persistence from my sister, we opened gifts.  I like to hold off opening gifts as long as possible, call me weird if you want, but I like to enjoy it as long as possible, I also try to take as long as possible to open gifts, but everyone is always against me... Anyway I really didn't want to write about what I got, but I will satisfy myself and say I got what I wanted and things I had no idea existed and love them, overall I feel extremely content.  I am most happy about what I picked out for someone else, so happy my mom liked her sweater. XP Lol.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Thanksgiving...

Well, today is Thanksgiving, we are going to my grandparent's house for dinner.  Right now we are all watching the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade while cooking some of the dinner items, including the toferky!  It is really great having this break, I have been looking foward to it all November.  Unfortunetly, I am sick as well, so part of my vacation is dedicated to getting well.  All the things I had planned to do are also bumped to the weekend or whenever... I love this time of the year, last night we watched Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, if you haven't seen it you should, it is a halarious thanksgiving movie.  We also watched all our Charlie Brown Holiday movies to get in the spirit.  Anyway Happy Thanksgiving world.

I Should Have Honked...

I really should of....
I missed my first opportunity to really honk, I mean seriously, I could have laid on the horn and it would have been totally appropriate.  I was driving my family to Qudoba for dinner last night and just as I was coming up to the light to make my left turn, some jerk turns left into the oncoming traffic, but instead of going into his lane, he comes into my lane.  We were nose to nose, hood to hood, and I slamed on the brakes, what else was there to do.  So this loser who had a blind driving instructer, nonchalantly glides into his lane, and I, shocked, am clenching the wheel with white knuckles.  I ease foward as the light turns green and my dad turns to me and says, "that was just outrageous, you should have honked".  Well yeah I should of honked, but what do you do when you are faced with fright and stupidity, well I took it by staring in awe.  Later I honked at no one in a parking lot, let it all out, let it all hang out.  I got it out, but I'm still laughing.

Spirit Week...

This week is the week before homecoming there for it is spirit week, when we dress diffirently to show our pride for our school.  In the past I was interested in participating, but never in pajama, wacky-tacky, or twin days.  This year I am far to unspirited, and I feel bad that I might be spreading it to the school... actually not really.  This school has so much spirit and pride that we throw up orange and black(our school colors).  Anyway also this week we are working really hard to decorate our hallways in competition with the other classes, and it is quite stressful.  I have been working on this since the beginning of the year and I guess I'm just sick of it.  I can't wait till this is over!

You Tube Play

OMG!!! I just saw the coolest this every. I was on You Tube looking up something, never actually found it by the way... BUT they I saw a link to this thing called You Tube Play Live and I clicked it.  The link directed me to a live broadcast straight from the Guggenheim in New York City. This event turned out to be a bianual collection of 25 artists of You Tube! It was so cool I only caught the end, sadly, but I wanted to be there so bad.  The top 25 are going to be desplayed in all the Guggenheim museums around the world!

This Past Weekend...

Well first of all... it was a complete waste, I could have done so many things but it was a waste. So yeah it was a waste.  It was a long weekend though so I did have some good down time.  Thursday was eventful, beginning with a paint splatered shirt and ending with dinner with friends.  Friday was the big lazy day, I didn't do any homework or accomplish any good in the world.  On Saturday I wasted my time at a party when I needed to read "The Crucible" (why thanks oh mighty school, our supreme ruler).  In the morning of Saturday I did divid my homework in half.  Sunday, oh no the weekend is coming to a close, brought Crew and that always makes my day feel fulfilled, along with the end of my homework, and finially at eight o'clock I was free to enjoy my weekend.  I really need to manage my time better...
