Where is Ubu?

Well first of all, do you know who Ubu is? You might not because he is a fictional character so you cannot meet him.  His is a character in a play, in fact the fall play at Oakland Mills High School.  If you really want to find out who Ubu is then you should come find his by coming to see the play.  He is an hystarical character and it is an hysterical play!
I am, myself, infact working back stage during this production.  It is a very long and tiring process which I have been apart of for three years, this year though is proving to be the most difficult because I am both costume designer and prop manager, with a little assistant stage managering on the side.  I look foward to having fun with this production but first the tears and sweat must be shed.

The Woes of Life

Keeping up with a blog is very difficult. Wanting to both document what you do and do more is an incredible task.  My blogging history shows great evidence of that.  I have been working on loads of new stuff.  My brain is full of new ideas I haven't even confronted yet.  The summer is my time to put energy into my projects, but there goes summer, hurtling past me with increasing speed.  At least this summer I am making money which is quite cool.  With every day my projects get pushed to the side.

ok. enough woe and sorrow.

Life goes on and this coming year brings all kinds of challenges, such as applying for college, which gives me heart palpitations, and struggling complete more projects. AHH still more woe! Whats wrong with me?! My life's not this bad trust me, I've got great friends, family, and my sanity (most of the time).  All is good here and getting better all the time.    

Friday Woes!!!!

Ha! There are no woes on Friday! I am blogging straight from the media center during stagecraft class.  We had a sub! Class is almost over but I wanted to post something. I need to get my posts up to date. Right now in school I am needing to write a research essay for English class. I am writing about the Paris Catacombs, I hope to write more about that later. The bell just rang. I HATE SIXTH PERIOD!

My New Projects Page!

First off I am so mad at myself.  It has been basically a whole year since I have posted anything on my blog, I guess the brain waves haven't been flowing for a while.  Anyway this post is about my new page that features the projects I do.  I will try to keep it updated, but we all know how that went with just posting.  So... go see my first posted project entitled, The Book as Lantern.  Enjoy!

Christmas has passed.

Well it is all over as they say in the best Christmas movie ever, " the holiday that the kid life revolves around" is over.  You look foward to it for months after its over you realize that you spent more than 100 days getting worked up over one day, it is a little pathetic man kind.  But after all that, I had a really great Christmas! I spent the whole day with my family, we cooked and ate dinner, listened to music, then after constant persistence from my sister, we opened gifts.  I like to hold off opening gifts as long as possible, call me weird if you want, but I like to enjoy it as long as possible, I also try to take as long as possible to open gifts, but everyone is always against me... Anyway I really didn't want to write about what I got, but I will satisfy myself and say I got what I wanted and things I had no idea existed and love them, overall I feel extremely content.  I am most happy about what I picked out for someone else, so happy my mom liked her sweater. XP Lol.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Projects!

I got the coolest idea today for a project, first of all I got it walking by the art room.  I am going to see if I can make it then I will post pictures!  Yeah... so... thats really it.

Thanksgiving...

Well, today is Thanksgiving, we are going to my grandparent's house for dinner.  Right now we are all watching the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade while cooking some of the dinner items, including the toferky!  It is really great having this break, I have been looking foward to it all November.  Unfortunetly, I am sick as well, so part of my vacation is dedicated to getting well.  All the things I had planned to do are also bumped to the weekend or whenever... I love this time of the year, last night we watched Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, if you haven't seen it you should, it is a halarious thanksgiving movie.  We also watched all our Charlie Brown Holiday movies to get in the spirit.  Anyway Happy Thanksgiving world.
